Super-comfortable bed, just like in the other reviews! The room was really clean and well-maintained. The beautiful view from the room was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed. a great experience at Casa Cayala Business Class. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and we spent many hours relaxing and swimming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel had a great holiday decoration for Christmas. the music and vibe in the lobby was enjoyable. the breakfast had a wide variety of options that were tasty.

The room was very basic and not very comfortable. the bed was too hard and the pillows were lumpy.

The room configuration was not very accommodating for business travel. There was only one telephone in the room and no coffee maker or microwave available.

the location is great as there are plenty of things to do nearby. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the service was prompt and friendly, and the breakfast delicious with a variety of options. We also enjoyed the gym and jacuzzi. the architecture was unique with beautiful details and stunning views.

The gym could use some new equipment.
